Hi. I have/had a backup on a cd-rw disk. (the only one) Now i have axetenly quick blank it. TOC only. 
Question: Can i save/retrive the info on it or is it gone forever?

sorry to tell you but from my experience its gone forever
Agreed, one the TOC is overwritten there is no way of getting the data back because there is no arrangement structure.
