Sandisk released a new CompactFlash card that has specified read speeds of up to 450 MB/s. The write speeds are specified at 350 MB/s.

Wow the speed of that thing is incredible!

Too expensive at present, but certainly a very promising sign for the future.

Umm…

CFast 2.0 cards are not compatible with regular SD slots, the cards feature a tougher, pin-less design.

Shouldn’t that be CF slots?
