I called the a Samsung 800 Support number and they said the website should work. He stated (I'll paraphrase) "...Samsung makes too many products and cannot keep up with support updates." "...all their websites are in need of a major overhaul because they are presently one big mess."
Needless to say I was very surprised to here support personnel say something so damaging, but it is probably very near the truth
