It must be a joke requiring someone to wear glasses?
that means they use standard panels…no need to fall for this trick just get some glasses and you are done with your old panel! Btw, are there any 3D movies on TV?
sounds to me Samsung is on a cheap trick…
Who knows. The quality sure r0cks. Can’t see myself with glasses in front of the TV as well, but hey I’ve seen crazier products hit the market with success
sky are showing arsenal and Man U in 9 different cities on Sunday. Think its coming all the way. I for 1 dont want to wear glasses
[offtopic] Hey JoanHig – congrats on your first post here. You registered quite some time back didn’t you? [/offtopic]
Yep, Been trawling the net on 3dtv at the moment. So antthing with it on it. Ive been scanning. Been basically looking for pricing and getting nowhere??
Indeed hard to find…
What product do you think is best? Or all they all the same?
Remember not to get lost in the way they are marketing this with their words.
There are LCD T.V.'s with CCFL lighting and there are LCD T.V’s with LED back lighting or side lighting.
The 3D craze will taper off and become a niche market. It will take a while to become mainstream if it even gets there. I think you’ll see rapid improvements in holographic T.V.'s , Then you won’t have to wear the glasses.
Sky are setting up 1 3d channel this year so it must be going somewhere.??

Not yet available.
Avatar will likely be the first Bluray with 3D
It will sell many, many 3D TV’s
And lots of HDMI V1.4 receivers & whatnot, even though HDMI1.3 has suitable bandwidth for 3DTV … and the PS3 is the only firmware upgradeable Bluray player that can play 3D Bluray in the immediate future, with a potential 120fps @1080p
Eat yo heart out M$.
