Competition is suppose to help bring product prices down and give consumers a choice of different brand products. Apple thinks otherwise by using ridiculous patents to take rivals off the market so it can keep its high prices and trying its best to limit consumers to a choice of Apple-only products.
Even with Apple's own iPhone/iPad, they are not up-gradable. For example if I wanted a 64GB on the latest iPad, I must purchase the model with that capacity, which on Amazon costs $183.47 more than the 16GB model. If I bought a competing product with a memory card slot, a 64GB microSD costs only $64. In fact, I could even buy a 16GB card now and later buy a much larger card once prices down. Try that with an iPad. :disagree:
