We’ve just posted the following review: Samsung 960 EVO 250GB M.2 NVMe SSD Review[newsimage]http://www.myce.com/wp-content/images_posts/2017/01/960_evo_small-95x75.png[/newsimage]

Samsung’s 960 series of M.2 NVMe SSDs goes mainstream in the shape of the 960 EVO series of SSDs.
Today I’m taking a look at the 250GB version of the Samsung 960 EVO M.2 NMVe SSD.

The 960 EVO uses the Samsung Polaris SSD controller coupled to 3 bits per cell (TLC) 3D V-NAND.
Let’s find out how it performs in this review.

Hi Wendy:
Do you think that the issue with the 960 not being able to do a secure erase with the Samsung Software could be a software issue and not an issue with the Samsung 960 Pro.? Actually I havent ever secure erased either of my 2 M.2 SSDs, I am wondering if Parted Magic would still recognize them.:flower: Great review by the way.

Hi Alan
I suspect it’s a firmware issue, but no way to tell until Samsung get back to me.
