Do multichannel SACDs sound clearer? Like you can hear more voices in a performance more clearly?

Also, if you have 4.1 instead of 5.1 speakers, will you still benefit from the multichannel stuff?

If you only have 4 speakers you will do fine with 4.1. Example: 4 speakers and one subwoofer. The newest is 7.1 at seven speaker setup and one subwoofer is needed for full affect to be heard and felt! Hope this helps ya? :bigsmile:

Also:
You would lose dialog if you have only 4 speakers and one subwoofer on a 5.1 DTS reciever.

And yes much clearer and spacious!
