Hello

Can anyone tell me if the KProbe v1.1.28 scans are OK?

Hardware: Lite-On LDW 411S Firmware FS0H (after problems with TDM media not burning).

DVD Media Scan: Ritek DVD-R G04's
Drive Type = DVD DUAL
Disc Type = DVD-R (Single Layer)
Disc MID = 52 49 54 45 4B 47 (RITEKG)
Disc TID = 00 04 30 34 00 00 (..04..)
Manufacturer Maybe = RiTEK Corporation
SMART-BURN Speed Limit = 4.0X (Write)

KProbe scan (Settings: Speed 4x Max, ECC = 1, C1C2/PIPO) of media after burning stuff to it at 4x.

And scanned it again (as guide says) with KProbe scan (Settings: Speed 8x Max, ECC = 8, C1C2/PIPO)

Thanks In Advance..

Here is another recent scan for my Ritek G04’s on a Lite-On 411S FS0H.

Is the Parity Inner worth worrying about?

What is a good Parity Inner rate to be under?

Thanks In Advance

Oops… Notice that you scanned your disk at Max speed. Try again with the Max unchecked (to get only 4x)

See http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=80545 for more details.
