Rip DVD to ISO but keep CSS Encryption- how?

Hey guys,

I’m trying to troubleshoot a problem and do to so I need a DVD ISO image that retains it’s CSS encryption and all other protection mechanisms. So in DVD Decrypter I set “Remove Macrovision Protection” to off, all the “Remove X Protection” in the ISO Read Mode tab to off, and “CSS Cracking Method” to None. Think this should do the trick? Or is there maybe some other utility I can use to just make a straight ISO that doesn’t involve all the complexities of trying to remove the content protection mechanisms? Thanks.

Whilst I may be wrong, AFAIK, this can’t be done.

The purpose of the CSS encryption is to prevent copying after all.

I don’t see how you could ever keep the protection on it unless you have license to apply CSS back on it.
