I would like to rip an audio CD I own to a mp3 with a bit rate smaller than the 128 kpbs that WMP 11 allows. Or at least copy it to a CD at a smaller bit rate. Is there an easy and cheap way to do this?
Sure, there are a lot of programs that can do this such as CDex, DBPowerAmp, etc. I know CDex is free.
You might want to go here to find freeware MP3 programs ----> http://www.mp3-converter.com/
I like Exact Audio Copy (ripper) with LAME (encoder).
I also use EAC with LAME - both free to download and use :iagree:
