I am having trouble getting my studio’s Protege II to work correctly. I have installed the most current service pack on the external computer, but components of the device are still not being recognised. The System Manager software is displaying the following messages “printer not available” and “no recorders present”.
Also, about half the time, the Protege II does not appear as connected in the System Manager software on the external computer. Switching the machine off and restarting the computer seems to fix this issue.
I have checked that all the cables are correctly connected. I am unsure of what else to do to solve this problem.
