I have found most Blu-Ray movies are 35 odd Gb, how do you get a backup of your movies on a 25Gb Blu blank??.
you can either cut it in two parts, or re-encode it.
for re-encode first step would be ripping it with anydvd hd
then open with tsremux or tsmuxer and remove all un-nessesary audio video streams.
if after that it is still to big, you will have to re-encode it. this process depending on your computer can take anywhere between 7-9 hours to 30-60hours.
to re-encode it, i use ripbot264, really handy program, with great end results, can easily fit two movies on single BD-R 25gb.
re-encoded few movies and played both on the monitor as well 1080p screen can’t tell the difference.
