I think the only certainty with these discs is you will burn a coaster much much quicker than before :wink:

Maybe this will mean price reductions in Verbatim’s 8x MIS line, since their 2.4x MII media has gone from superior to inferior.

I’ve been going through some Ricoh coded 8x +R DL with a success rate of around 90% using a Pioneer 212 and a Samsung 203B. Burned about 30 so far. Average one bad burn per 10 spindle pack. They are full face printable and only $15 a pack so a coaster is no big deal.
