Hi. This may anger a few people, but I am a newbie so please bear with me. I borrowed my friend's new NEC-3520A burner with stock firmware (1.04 , I think). I bought a bunch of Ridata Dual Layer disks (D01) from newegg. I made three copies of some inprtant data using these disks. Two of them, I have stored away and am using one of the three disks on a daily basis. I no longer have access to the burner any more.
I have read somewhere that these Ridata disks are not reliable. Can I be at peace with two copies of my data stored away on these disks? Do you think that about a year from now, I will be able to make copies of the data on more reliable disks without any problems? Please advise.
