Just what we need. Another way for thieves to use technology to steal our personal information. Even if it can be made secure, that only means it can be hacked.

Just what I was thinking…steal the mans phone, steal his identity.

I would welcome the ease of use that such a thing would bring - no more keys for a numerous of things (losing keys has been my hobby for years :slight_smile: ).

However I am too concerned about privacy and security issues; I am sure they would have that in mind before designing this whole thing and spending lots of $ for RnD and production costs. Hopefully there is a solution.

The only use for this technology mentioned in the article that sounds even remotely plausible is for concert tickets (or something else in that category), but only if the tickets would be purchased more securely, as in…not with RFID. Everything else is fraught with lack of security and jeopardy.
