I sent my DMREZ485 to you for replacement exchange reference case #26388171 and notify Jamie upon arrival. You received it on 3/19/10. I’m wondering when I will receive my replacement. Thank you

I sent it UPS tracking number 1Z5AV0988959040819. It was delivered to your dock and signed by Delarosa. It was received at 4:57P.M. on 3/19/2010. I have the Proof of delivery statement so I’m 100% sure that you received it and would appreciate a response that indicates when I will receive my replacement. MArgie

I can assure you, that myce.com is neither affiliated with Panasonic in any way, nor do we offer any repair service. I have no idea where you sent your stuff to, and why you think this is the right place for your request.

You must be confusing this discussion forum with the Panasonic Customer Service Center located in McAllen Texas. That Customer Service Center is the corporate [B]product exchange facility[/B] that may be contacted through the main Panasonic Customer Service phone number, 1-800-211-7262.
