I downloaded an iso file of Altera’s legal software in iso file format. The file on their ftp server weights 2.8G, but my ftp download software already downloaded more than 6GB. The real size of the file is indeed 2.8GB. I extracted the first 2.8GB of the 6GB file, but i cannot mount it yet. Any advice?

just out of curiosity, you didnt que and download more than one file did you? i would say pause the download and try to mount. if not, hate to say it, but stop and start over. good luck.
I actually put it for download overnight (since the file is huge), and in the morning I have noticed that it still downloading. I downloaded with “wget”, and it didn’t stop at required point. I am downloading it again using mozilla now
