Hi Kacal

As AGJ pointed out if you have the reg key that was sent to you as an attachment in the email when you bought DVDFab you can just double click on it, however if windows states it can’t open it in which case on that dialog box your are given the option to browser for the program to open it just browse to the DVDFab.exe file.

If you don’t have the reg key itself and only have part of the registration numbers, then you can go to the DVDFab website and login to the user control panel…here is a link
http://go.myce.com/?id=49X85&xs=1&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dvdfab.com%2Fmember.htm&sref=http%3A%2F%2Fclub.myce.com%2Ff116%2Fdvdfab-knowledge-base-310834%2F

there you can download the reg key to your desktop, however if you have not registered on the DVDFab website then you will be required to do so prior to logging on to the user control panel.

Sorry was typing when you posted this

If you are running Windows 7 Home version then try the following…
Right click on the DVDFab icon located on the desktop and select “Properties” now go to the “Compatibility” tab and at the very bottom place a check mark next to “Run this program as administrator”
