Record Tap from vedio Set to PC

Hello All,

I am new here, cause I have a situation, where I have a TV tuner and a computer, I plugged-in the TV tuner into the computer, then I connect a Vedio with a tap that I want to record as digital, the image is not good and poor:sad:, is there another way to do this a software or HW.

try without the tap, see if image cleans up. You can always convert your files later. What type of tv card ya using?
