Record biz tries suing Irish ISPs into submission

This is surely an abuse of the court system. The ISP is at best an enabler selling a service for use by the customer. What that customer does with the service the ISP has little or no control over.
I see copyright infringement by an individual as a civil matter between the holder and the infringer, not a criminal matter.
I can only hope that the court sees sense and throws it out.
