Help!
I have had a DVD burner for quite a while now and I finially found that Pinnacle InstantCopy version 8 provides really good quality copies of multi-layer DVDs, albeit a bit slow.
InstantCopy doesnt allow for copies of CSS protected DVDs, so I use DVD Decrypter to strip off the CSS before I back up my DVDs.
Now, the other night one of my friends broke a DVD of mine and I went to make a backup of the backup and… I am having major problems.
Since the burnt DVD didnt have CSS on it, I figured I should be able to do a straight copy. I tried nero, no dice.
I tried InstantCopy to go from the dvd-r to a blank dvd-r (-r burner) and it starts analyzing the files and the time just goes up and up and up and finially I just quit cause it goes so high.
I try using DVD decryptor to rip it as an ISO or to rip the files and I get the following error:
I/O Error!

I can only guess that there is some sort of protection or something…
Does anyone have any ideas, or know whats going on?
