All of these drives should burn good quality when you feed them with good media. So burn quality wise, it doesn't really matter which one you choose. But if you want to backup lots of blu-ray, I'd suggest the ones that read BD fast. Panasonic and Pioneer reads at 8x, while LG reads at 5x.
If you don't mind backing up to BD-R DL, then just use AnyDVD HD to rip and ImgBurn to burn. If you want to shrink to BD-R 25GB or even DVD, then no, no all in one solution yet.
