i hear a lot on how the burner is important but if a reader can't read the data then you can't go to the next step, burning it.

what i would like to know is what is the best reader? i have a liteon as the writer but to do on the fly what reader do you suggest?

would it be a good idea to buy another liteon burner and have one reading and one writing or is there a better solution?

i hear the lite on ltd 163 dvd drive is a good player, or is it?

thanks

I think buying a 2nd writer just for reading purposes is a little overkill. In that case you could just not copy on the fly and use the same writer as a reader first. Saves a lot of money.

The plextor 40 speed reader might be a good reader… and so are most toshiba’s i heard.
