Read Errors

I am using DVDFab version 5.1.1

I am all of a sudden having issues getting my dvds to open in DVDFab.

Every so often I can get them to open it looks like it starts the decoding an converting process and it gets to about 90% and than errors out.

The same error keeps appearing… Error reading - retry, abort, ignore

I can get other programs to open the DVD, just not DVDFab.

Anyone got any ideas??? I love this program but I am to the point of having to find something else!

Go into common settings and make the following changes
Read setting select
"Ignore all read errors automatically"
PathPlayer settings select
"Always enable PathPlayer"

But, isn’t there a danger of losing some of the movie by ignoring read errors ?
I’ve had read errors on a number of occasions. A quick clean cures some, but not all. I’ve used the “ignore all” read errors in the past, but I can’t remember which movies they were. So don’t know if it affected the actual movie.
