Read Error TCSectorReader TCE

Can anyone tell me what the above error message means? I’ve only gotten on 1 DVD I’ve tied to back up so far out of about 30 or so but I’m not sure why I get it and how to correct this error.

#2

It means what it says: A read error. Very likely, that the disc is scratched or dirty. (If I remember correctly, the sheep in the info window gave you the tip to clean the disc, didn’t it?)

#3

No tip was given by the sheep to clean the DVD.

Any other suggestions to solve this problem?

#4

It is also possible, if you have a disc with a new copyprotection. What disc is it?

#5

The Forgotten

Oh dear, this problem was discussed here many times… Use latest AnyDVD. This will solve the problem.

However, where is the search button you are talking about?
