Erm, its only a collection of links to the tools required, no actual guide itself telling people how to convert PAL to NTSC.

Or am I missing soemthing here?

i’m guessing u’ve somehow missed the link at the top of the guide that says “Standards Conversion (on the cheap)”.

doom9 doesn’t allow direct linking of its files, which explains the “unauthorized download.”
