RatDVD started giving a popup error when I run it:
$licy is not a valid integer value
It pops the same error anytime I load a ratdvd file and it refuses to load the file.
Similarly with XEBSettings.exe. I get the same popup and when I click it, I get the Options popup (which has the Language Override dropdown empty).
Googling for these, didn’t come up with anything.
Uninstalling RatDVD, cleaning all its files and registry entries and reinstalling it, didn’t help.
Any idea what might be causing this? The only major change in the laptop is the installation of XP SP3.
The files are working fine with KMPlayer so they are not the problem.
Any other way of extracting the video in some other format?
Thanks in advance.
