Rapidshare files

i can download the rapidshare files but am unable to transfer them to
my computer windows does not let me
thanks

Not much to go on there, so I’ll take a guess.

Many times files placed in rapidshare are compressed in rar format, which Windows XP cannot handle natively.
If that is the problem, get 7Zip, which is a free program for compressing and uncompressing data. It can unpack rar files.

thank you i will try

Hi,

7zip is an option to extract the files after you have successfully downloaded them.
If you can’t download, then this might be some security setting (of the browser you’re using) or there is some “security software” kicking in.
Please post the exact error message you receive.

Michael.
