A helpdesk should assist victims of the UltraCrypter / CryptXXX ransomware when they encounter problems when making payments or when they are unable to decrypt files. UltraCrypter is the successor to the CryptXXX ransomware.

However some victims were unable to make payments and some complained that the decryption software they received from the cybercriminals didn’t work.
Here begs the question why are you questionable sites and software that got you into this mess in the first place and why did you not lock your Admin accounts??? Failure to do this is why your in the trouble you are now. Making the Admin account password protect would be the best first line of defense and protect your system from such Ransomwares and not doing so is inviting to through your firewall and front door. And creating a limited user account further isolates ransomwares and they are blocked from important data but I guess in this day of instant gratification the ransomware love people to click and ransomware. And I take their help desk with lots amount of salt rubbed and grinded into open wounds.
