Random i/o errors imgburn

[qanda]This thread is about the Pioneer DVR-216D. Click here to see full specs[/qanda]I have been backing up my games for about a year no problems.
I have burned 8 Verbatim 2 successful,
I am attempting to backup the last three 360 games I bought, and only one has been successful (write and verify). I moved my optiarc 7190a over to my dell precision 360, The first backup went smooth the next burn I received i/o errors during verification. The next failed at about 75%.

So I decided to upgrade the fw to the Lite-on dh-20a3p. Same results, so I put the drive back in my older machine and burn a data disk on a sl sony disk and it failed at about 80%. So I figured the drive was done.

I purchased a pioneer 216d put it in the dell precision 360 and the burn went smooth, the verification failed.

I am attaching two Imgburn logs. the first is the Lite-on 20a3p (optiarc 7190a) and the other is the pioneer 216d.

For dl I only use Verbatim Mkm-001–00,

burn speed 2.4x
I have only tried Imgburn

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any more info I can give let me know.
