Hello. I did a search for a similar question, and didnt find anything really. But if I missed something, then Im sorry for that, and leaving a link to the thread would be great. Thanks.
I just bought the great Giant (Two-Disc Special Edition) Dvd. Its one of my favorite movies. I just finished watching the main feature Dvd, and interestling enough, it was a double sided Dvd. But the thing was, side 1 has the main movie on it, with a special features section, along with subtitles option, ect. But the movie ends close to half of the movie. It stops, then you have to flip it. When side 2 starts, its got a main menu again, with special features, ect. Then you continued where you left off, and see the rest of the movie. Im sure most of you have seen this, or have Dvds with one side of the dvd is widescreen, and the other side is standard.
Then, it comes with one more Dvd. The second Dvd is a main special features. Typical special features dvd.
Any ways, I am going to back it up, like all my movies I buy. I like to get a new movie, watch it once, then back it up, then place the original one tucked away, in mint condition. Im that kind of person
So I was thinking, ok, Im going to need 3 dvds. 2 for the first dvd. But I wanted to know if anyone had any other suggestions. Im pretty sure its not possible, but is there any way I could take the 1 dvd, doubled side one, and put both of them onto 1 dvd? Like I said, I dont think can be done.
But if theres a way, I would like to hear about it. Also, if it cant be done as of right now, is there plans to do so, or do most people dont care that much?
Thanks, any feedback would be great.
