Quality Blu-Ray player with 3D + Hard disk for my dad?

I am looking for a quality Blu-Ray player with 3D + a hard disk for my dad. The Sony BDP-S570 is an outstanding model (based on reviews) with 3D but lacks a hard drive. I would love to get him something of equal quality that also has a HD.

The price range would be $200-300.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

As far as I know, you will not find a [B]3D Blu-ray Player[/B] with a integrated hard drive in North America. Sharp has some models in Japan for example, but they retail at $1066.00 US and $ 1422.00 US.
