Also using PlexXL, there is a upgrade for the 708A also, 1.10 firmware

#12

you might want to start a new thread for 708, Hamp.

#13

First test of 1.07 firmware revealed improved quality writing on Ridisc MCC 02RG20 media… and outstanding quality on Moser Baer India R04 at 8x.

#14

Never heard of those? where do you buy them?

#15

Staples.

#16

Actually MBIR40 8x @8x is excellent since 1.05.

#17

Why can new firmware be downloaded at the same time with Plextools XL and on the official Plextor’s web-site?
They’ve released this firmware a couple of days ago and there is still no information about it on Plextor site.
I know I can get it from www.mta.co.jp, but I really don’t understand why should be such a delay for a official web version.

And what’s wrong with www.mta.co.jp ?
