Putting several VCDs on one DVD...is it possible?

Hi Everyone,

I got a bunch of home movies from Asia that are on 12 CDs in VCD format. Is there anyway that I can put five or six of them onto a single DVDR (keeping the VCD format) and watch them on my set-top DVD player? I'm trying to avoid having to keep changing the discs. If this is possible, what software would I need?

TIA,

Get VCDGear and extract .dat to .mpg
This will give you the actual video.
Get DVDLab.
Import each mpg, allowing DVDLab to transcode the audio to 48khz.
Put each clip into a different movie.
Make a menu, with a link to each movie.
Compile and burn.
