Office 2016 is now available for testing. Previously only a select group of users was able to try the Office suite.

At least I won’t go blind trying to read my office docs… lol…

But heck if my institution is still using MS office I get it for a steep discount and I will buy that version as well to keep around.

I’ll bet that’s the only result of this “hard work”… one new “darker” theme. Meanwhile LibreOffice lets users create their own themes, allowing them ot make LibreOffice as beautiful/ugly as they want. Heck, there are extentsions available for many purposes, which can add all kinds of new functionality to the software.

True but I like to be able to read first before adding eye candy to the system…
