Yes, i justify 60 dollar games. I can even justify 900 dollar games. It's not me who sets the price. It's the publisher.
No matter if it's fair, or lawful, or honest, or god-knows-what-kind-off-injustice you might even remotely think of. They set the price. You are not forced to purchase it.
But when you do not buy a license, you are screwing them, since their only current legal model is a license model.

I've played stupid 60 buck games and awesome $0,01 games. It all depends on the consumers taste and puhlishers's support.

Their products are entertaining, and just as good. I have yet to hear of a game developer making 10 million per title, like actors get. When we get to that day, I'll pay 60 bucks for a game.
