ProShow Capture frame from video

vbimport

I recently got ProShow Producer. I am trying to do a very simple thing but i cant manage it…To capture a single frame from a video. I right click on the video and i choose “capture frame”. But surprisingly there is no button “done”.
So how can i proceed and finally make it???

Do you have the full version of the software, or a demo/trial version…

i have the full version registered.
I installed the program in my old pc( windows xp) and it works fine!
In the new one (vista) there is no “done” button at this function…
I uninstall-reinstalled it but with no results…
Unbelievable!!!

Maybe it has taken the snapshot and the picture is sitting in the location defined in the program ‘settings’ or ‘options’.

Have you checked their website for software updates/patches for vista. You may even want to email them, concerning vista compatibility…

I have problems to capture on XP To download to Pro4 Studio movie maker. It will not capture and the program Freezes. nothing happens. Did that ever happen to you? I have loaded Codec as advised by Photodex.
Have you any answer to my problem.
