Does anyone use Procoder 3? I’ve just tried it and it took about 5 hours to convert an .AVI movie file to .VOB for burning. This seems way too slow compared to Super dvd creator or ConvertX to Dvd. The quality is great, but is there a way to speed up the conversion??

Thanks

AFAIK. If it’s going to take long time it’s going to take a long time to convert even ConvertXtoDVD take alot of time to convert that is just the nature of the software conversion takes time. When you convert wanting a quality output you have to make allowance that it going to take alot of your computer resources to do its’ job. Also the size of the file or files make a big difference in how long it will take as well. If you can’t wait for the process to complete itself then you shouldn’t use this process as with anything converting takes time and you can’t be using your computer unless you have a super computer or uber overclocked rig and even then the more resources you give to the computer the more efficient it can use it to do its’ job. So start your conversion and sit back and watch and let it do its’ job.
