I have recently got a new PC with a Pentium Dual Core E2180 processor. My system tells me that it's running at 1800MHz an getting a warning saying it's running too fast. The system also states that the max it will run at is 3066MHz so i don't understand the warning. Is it because the dual core kicks in making the overal speed 3600MHz or what?If so, will i need to reduce te speed to 1533MHz to comply with the 3066MHz stated. Any thoughts please
What compu, what bios version.
Have you visited compu’s (manufacturers) support-/service-/homepage.
BTW, weird isn’t it. My motto; build your own PC.
