Just bought myself some DVD+R DL discs manufactured by “Platinum”, unfortunately when I want to write an image on them I get a error. I am using Nero 7 ultra edition, and as searching in the net it seems to be a firmware issue 
the dvd-writer (NEC) does not support these “Platinum” discs…
Does anyone have any ideas, what could I do? As searching in the net I could not find a suitable firmware for my drive. It is mounted into a DELL table PC.
Also the capacityes are different with each disc
