Problems with Zack and Miri

hello,

I recently purchased Zack and Miri make a porno and I’m having difficulty making a back up. When I run it in DVDfab, it says the process has been completed successfully but it won’t allow me to open in dvd shrink.

Any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks.

Well to start with please tell us which DVDFab product you are using and what mode is being used

What message do you get when you try to open it with DVD Shrink?

I am using DVDFab HD Decrypter version 5.2.3.2, full disc and simply clicking start. I don’t believe I changed any of the settings.

After it completes successfullly, I try to open in DVD Shrink and get a message saying something along the lines of “nothing in video file”. I’ll try again and post the exact message shortly.

are ripping as an ISO image if so then that may be the problem the ISO image feature is no longer working at this time :frowning:

Yes I am ripping an ISO. Why would it no longer be working? I just did two other movies tonight the exact same way and both worked fine.

:eek:strange I have been told by many users that they can’t use the ISO image format you sure you did not use the other two rips as VIDEO_TS/AUDIO_TS  also when opening a ISO image in DVD Shrink you have to open it by selecting open image file from the menu bar

Oh, my apologies. The rips were from video_ts/audio_ts. I thought you were referring to the ISO file it then creates. Sorry for the confusion.

When you go to the destination folder, are there any files in that folder?

 LOL for a minute there thought you had a special version
Go into common settings and try PathPlayer either disabled or always enable, not enabled when necessary also while in common settings -> protection make sure that all the boxes have a check mark.

Interesting, I just tried again and now the movie opens fine in Shrink. Not sure what the problem was but it seems to be working!

That’s good to hear.
