Hi all i'm new here so go easy on me please
I've been burning with my drive no problem what so ever. But now it's started to fail at 14% of writing? Tried a few discs and getting the same problem all the time.
I've had the drive for well over a year and never had a problem with it and very rarely had to throw a disc away due to a problem from burning
Using dvd decrypter on win xp pro
The discs i'm using are :_
Datawrite 'Optima' DVD-r 8x Ritek G05 50 tub
RiDisc Xtreme Red 8x RITEK G05 DVD-R - 50 Tub
I've used these disc for a lot of time and never had aproblem with them until this morning. Both fail at 14% Tho the RiDisc Xtreme Red 8x RITEK G05 DVD-R did drop speed from 8x to 0 on the 14% mark but then it went up again ??
Error window i'm getting is :-
Device Pioneer dvd-rw dvd107D 1.13 (h) (ATA)
Interpretation check condition
CDB 2a 00 00 05 03 20 00 00 20 00

Also at the bottom where the log i'm getting this error :-
E 10:25:54 Failed to Write Sectors 328480 - 328511 - Power Calibration Area Error
Have no idea what it is??
I've pulled wires out and put them back in rebooted can't think how to solve it but i need my writer to work?
