Welcome aboard to CD Freaks

Can you try give a little more info on the issue you are giving, as I find it difficult to understand your problem.

If you are having a problem getting the picture to show from the built-in DVD player, try ejecting the disc (if one is loaded), unplug the TV and then power it back on again. Now, load the DVD. With most TVs that have DVD built-in, the TV will switch over to the DVD automatically and begin playing.

If the picture goes Blue when you load the DVD, try another DVD to rule out the disc or a region issue. Finally, try pressing the “Source” button on your TV remote to switch between inputs in case your TV is switched to the wrong input.

In my opinion, it’s likely a faulty DVD player unit or the internal AV connection between the DVD player and TV circuit board inside the TV is loose, disconnected or missing. In this case, you will likely need to return your TV for servicing.
