Problem with AD-5170A

First off, i’m a complete noob at this. So any help would be appriciated.

I got Optiarc AD-5170A, I’ve been using my burner for years, a couple of months ago, it stopped working, i didn’t bother looking into it… Now a couple of months later, i’m trying to use it again again, still the same problem… I looked into it abit and first it seemed like i had to update the firmware I found 1.14, but it wouldn’t work… So i read a little more and i find out that you’re not supose to update OEM (or something like that) versions of the burner and i already have version 1.52… I know it’s not the DVD’s i’m using seeing as i’ve been using these since the start… So here’s the log.
