Problem related to geforce 6600..help needed!

hello
i am using geforce 6600,agp,256 mb card
i am facing problem when i play games…it either hangs or graphics go blurred ,diferent with different different drivers.

memory clock: does it mean instead of 398,my gcard is just giving 199 MHZ…
is it power supply problem??

plz help…
or wht can b the other possibility??

Have you tried downloading the latest patch for the games and the latest driver for you graphics card? Might help because a friend had a similar prob and that fixed it,
