Problem Copying DVD Movies: They Stop At 49-50%

I’ve been having trouble copying a fairly large amount of movies in that when I go to copy them, they seem to work until they stop, at exactly either 49% or 50%. The whole program stops, and I have to restart my computer to eject the DVD movie.

I thought the problem might have been outdated AnyDVD and CloneDVD2, and so I got the newest versions of both (AnyDVD, CloneDVD2, but I still have the same problem.

I’m not sure whether or not this is a problem with the DVDs, because I’ve been able to copy some, but not others.

I was just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem or if anyone knows how to fix it.

do you have any packet writing software installed? do a search for it.

I’m not sure. I read what packet writing is, and I think my DVD writer behaves like it said, but how do you do a search for it?

if you know what all the “packet writing software” are then click on the start button and then the search. then search everyone of them it should find the software. just uninstall it and reboot.
