I'm using NEC 3520A & Nero 188.8.131.52 for burning DVDs on my Duron 1.3GHz with Win XP SP2.
I have problem burning DVDs. Almost everytime I burn DVD, burning is completed successfully, but verification shows there are some errors (Nero burning log is attached). I'm used to using Verbatim medias generally, but have also tried some other media marks (DVD-R), but it didn't help. I'm always burning at slow speeds. CD burning works perfectly, but I'm not using this burner for CD burning often, because I have SONY CD burner (actually, I can't remember last time I burned CD with NEC, but remember it worked well).
I'm not professional, but I think burner could be ok. There could be problem with my PC configuration (detailed Nero InfoTool log is attached):
I've got two Seagate harddrives on Primary IDE channel, SONY CD burner as Master on Secondary IDE channel and NEC DVD burner as Slave on Secondary IDE channel. There is also DaemonTools virtual drive installed.
Can anybody help me with my problem? I believe I could solve this issue by changing drives configuration, but I don't know where to connect each of my drives in order to get the best working configuration, with all drives working perfectly. Please, help me.
Thanks in advance!
