actually i can burn cd’s but with this folder i don’t know why i can’t burn it. Nero says that i ve got two joliets or genisup same.
the fact is if i can identify the file, i can do something about it so as to make it burn but there is no information about it.
I need some help to get through this.

is there any one who can help me??

A couple of things, your pc is using all its ram, secondly 255mb ram is strange do a memory test could be faulty ram.
Always burn as mode 2XA,ISO level 2,write iso extensions should be unchecked.
Last but not least edit your post and remove your serial key.

#4

how can i edit my post and how can i run a memory test???

#5

Download memtest from here http://www.memtest86.com/ make sure you download the floppy version in zip format, follow instructions, make floppy and test,be prepared to wait it takes about a hour for one test cycle,it will report any errors for you.

#6

the ram is 100% fine nero log always shows 1mb less just a small bug
there isnt any good reason to use mode2 for data, mode2 should be used only for vcd/svcd/audio cd

@miljim you cannot edit your post that can only be done in the first 30 minutes after postin it however a moderator can edit your post i suggest youll pm one of em , anyway as alredy said 0mb free ram is not good but it might be a bug your using a very old version of nero get the latest 6.6.0.16 and try again if it wont go then check log again and if still 0mb then use msconfig and remove all unnecessary software thats on startup also if you have norton/bitdefender/mcafee (antiviruses) i suggest youll uninstall and get other antivirus they are major resource hoggers , 256mb ram isnt much but its good enough for winme as long as you dont overload it with very ram hungry softwares on startup

i tried to remove Nero but i can’t cause my ISScript is an old version and i ve got to install a new one. I don’t know where to find this ISScript and what version do i have and how to upgrade it. I use Avast as antivirus.
As to the unnecessary software i don’t know how to use msconfig to remove them.
