I am struggling to get a good quality , professional looking disc print.
Firstly i'd like to point out that i am talking in relation to GLOSS LABELS ONLY !
If i use exPressit labels i will allways have a faint ring round the centre hole where the partition for full/part face is .
Another problem i have with exPressit labels is that they seem to dry out and within about 48 hours of applying the label to a disc it can curl up round the edges.
When i try a full face only label such as Zero Defex the centre hole is not large enough so when i print onto the label with my Epson RX 585 Stylus Photo Printer there will be a white ring around the centre hole . This is because my software (Epson Easy Print CD) will not print a smaller internal diameter than 18 mm and since the internal diameter of the Zero Defex label is 16 mm i get a 2 mm white ring that looks unprofessional.
I've tried looking for an exPressit gloss full face only label , (without the partition ) or a full face gloss label where the internal diamters is atleast 19 mm but i can't find one as yet , if anyone has any ideas they would be much appreciated.
