I'm having some problems with my printer (HP 3420).
While i was printing some pages (plain black-white) in fastdraft mode , the printer suddenly jammed.
I tried getting the paper out , from the rear of the printer as suggested by the manual , but it wouldn't get out.
So i finally had to get the paper out from the front , causing the printer to stop functioning.
The power button just blinks all the time and i hear some weird noises from the printer , while i can only power off by unplugging the cable.
Is there something i can do to save my HP or should send it for service immediatelly ?
And something else ... does the printer guarantee still count in this case or was it my fault for ruining it by removing the paper ?
